Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher were arm in arm for an early-morning stroll around the Trastevere neighborhood of Rome yesterday. Ashton was later seen catching a taxi from the hotel after the pair returned from their romantic walk. He spent Thanksgiving weekend visiting Mila overseas, where she is filming her latest project, The Third Person, with director Paul Haggis and a slew of other stars including Liam Neeson, Olivia Wilde, and James Franco. She's spent much of her time away from the cameras with Ashton. Last week, Ashton and Mila had a dinner date together at Checchino Dal 1887 restaurant and held hands for a walk along Rome's cobblestone streets following another late meal.
