Sienna Miller Talks Motherhood and Giving Birth - "I Would Do That Day Every Day"

Sienna Miller took her daughter, Marlowe Sturridge, out for a walk in London yesterday afternoon. The girls are in their native England ahead of the holidays, and following an extended stay in the US. Sienna was in NYC in order to do press for her HBO project, The Girl, and also log time on the set of Foxcatcher. To promote her TV film, Sienna's done a range of interviews lately. She's on the cover of the January 2013 issue of Harper's Bazaar UK, and inside, spoke about her new family with fiancé Tom Sturridge. Speaking about the July birth of Marlowe, Sienna said she loved welcoming her daughter and finding out what sort of parent she is. Here are highlights from Sienna:

• On physical changes: "My body's a completely different thing to me, it's not mine ' all the attachment to its flaws or any aesthetic attachment is gone. You understand what breasts are for; and I have such enormous respect for my body because of what it can do."
• On not having a nanny at the beginning: "It's been just the three of us, which was amazing, and exhausting. We are going to get a nanny, but it felt important to first learn for myself who I was as a parent."
• On giving birth: "It's the best, the greatest thing in the world. I would do that day a million times again. I would do that day, every day. I loved it."
