Jessica Simpson and Eric Johnson had a date night yesterday at the restaurant Tiny's in NYC. There was a cause for celebration, since Jessica had recently wrapped up her first postbaby interview. Katie Couric's first-ever episode of Katie kicked off with a segment on Jessica Simpson's weight loss, and for the occasion, Jess showed off her frame in a tight Roland Mouret dress. Katie and Jess also spoke about new motherhood and Jessica's upcoming wedding with Eric. Jessica revealed that she and Eric want a "big wedding," and therefore, it won't be this year since they're all about Maxwell. Today, Jess was back on TV to tout Weight Watchers on GMA.
